Заводской сброс делает только настройки по умолчанию, калибровки не затрагиваются.

Сброс на заводские настройки не стирает калибровки? А то у меня тут при включении говорит Low battery voltage и вырубается.

Я в Баофенге не работаю поэтому не подскажу, только методом тыка можно узнать что это и для чего  :D

Кстати по звуку, используется DVSI AMBE+2 судя по конвертеру.
