I can't tell any difference between either of the two .bin files above.

The failure to send a DPL tone on transmit problem is fixed.

However, scanning isn't working correctly.  It will not stop on active channels, analog or DMR.  Only for a fraction of a second, and then it moves on.  I tried increasing the scan delay, scan dwell, and scan mode, but it made no difference.

It seems to work fine if you park it on a single channel.

Does this firmware support analog APRS?  I have it flashed on my DM32 which is working great by the way.  I can't figure out if APRS is working or not.

That explains what I was seeing in the radio.  Thanks for all your hard work.  I can confirm that DPL tones are working for transmit and receive.  This was the one feature that I was waiting on getting fixed.  Keep up the great work!!!

I have noticed one thing.  At the end of each transmission the receiving end hears a loud squelch crash where the squelch is held open too long or something.  This is tested on a couple radios on multiple frequencies.  Is this something that can be adjusted in the menu?

Never mind this post.  I just figured out my other radios are doing this I just never noticed this.  This actually seems to be an issue with my Tidradio H8 not with the Dm32 or the OpenDM32 firmware.

I haven't setup the scanning yet.

It seems we are still a long way off a fully working version which I can not see happeing before the end of the year maybe into half of the next year but keep up the work , I will not update my radio until there is a full working version of opendm32

I think theres a lot more improvements to come like the display , aprs , scanning and other bugs to be corrected first before a full working version appears , but good work so far porting this radio.
